To carry out educational activities, the International Education Center "ROZUM" was created on the basis of the state enterprise "NTEC".

Training programs are aimed at improving the skills of employees of organizations and enterprises of all forms of ownership, whose responsibilities include ensuring information security, in particular solving issues of technical (or) cryptographic information protection.

The course programs are coordinated with the state regulator in the field of technical and cryptographic information protection - the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
