On April 28-29, he I International Forum #GBC (State. Business. Citizens) was held in Minsk

The #GBC International Forum became a unique event in the Republic of Belarus in the field of telecommunications, which was organized by the republican unitary enterprise “National Traffic Exchange Center” and the republican unitary enterprise “National Center for Electronic Services” with the support of the Operational Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus. At the forum, achievements and projects in the field of e-government and, in general, electronic interaction within the framework of digital relations between the state - business - citizens (GBC) were presented. The digital forum has become a platform for discussing the status, development and prospects of the digital future of the Republic of Belarus.

More than 130 people took part in the forum in an offline format, as well as more than 300 listeners in an online format (the broadcast was available on the Internet).

The forum covered the following topics:

  • achievements of electronic government in Belarus;
  • legal regulation in the triangle “state – business – citizens”;
  • information security concept;
  • Belarusian integrated service and settlement system;
  • issuance of biometric passports and ID cards in Belarus;
  • e-education;
  • e-health;
  • smart platforms;
  • digital services of the state.

In total, the forum program included more than 20 reports from experts in the field of ICT, namely representatives of government bodies and organizations, IT companies, banks, international organizations and educational institutions. Including speakers from Russia, Moldova, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, who presented achievements in the field of ICT within the framework of the topics discussed.
