NTEC and BSUIR form a new standard for IT personnel training in Belarus

15 September 2025

A strategic alliance is being formed in Belarusian cybersecurity: the National Traffic Exchange Center (NTEC), a recognized expert in the industry, and the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics (BSUIR), the country's leading IT university, are joining forces.

BSUIR students of specialized specialties will have access to the unique IT infrastructure - CyberRing cyber polygon, developed by NTEC specialists, to identify real cyber attacks, work out protection scenarios and test new solutions in conditions as close to practice as possible. The cyber polygon scenario uses popular technology segments and the most relevant attack vectors. It is this experience that helps graduates come to the labor market with existing practical skills in responding to cyber incidents.

This partnership eliminates the shortage of practical tools in education and meets the needs of employers for specialists who are ready for real tasks from the first day. A vivid confirmation of the effectiveness of the state strategy to strengthen applied training in IT.
