About a Service

The basis of the secure segment of the ERSPD is the core data transmission network, which is understood as a multi-service telecommunication network that ensures the interaction of telecommunication networks, telecommunication nodes of local, long-distance and international telephone networks, as well as all the necessary software and hardware to support operational, technical and other processes. The basis of the ERSPD backbone network is a high-speed DWDM backbone network.

The protected segment of the ERSPD is intended for the processing and transmission of information, the distribution and provision of which is limited:

  • Personal Information
  • Information about the private life of an individual
  • Proprietary information of limited distribution
  • Information constituting commercial, professional, banking and other secrets protected by law
  • Information contained in cases of administrative offenses, materials, criminal cases of criminal prosecution authorities and courts before the completion of the proceedings
  • Other information, access to which is limited by legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus

FAQ

Connection to the ERDN can be carried out within a period of 5 days from the date of signing the agreement. The contract may specify any date by which a secure channel will be provided for use.

The cost of the service depends on the availability of technical capabilities, the requested channel capacity and its purpose. Special conditions apply to subscribers from the list for access to services according to the list determined by the Operational and Analytical Center under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

All connection costs are covered by NTEC, including the purchase, configuration and installation of the necessary equipment. The cryptographic information protection tool is transferred to the subscriber for free use for the duration of the service. There is no installation fee for organizing a communication channel.

The PS URDN operates only within the Republic of Belarus. Only a legal entity located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus can act as a subscriber to the URDN.

Subscriber support is provided 24/7 via email or contact phone numbers. If necessary, a specialist will visit the subscriber.
